Accepted Insurance Plans

Our office accepts many different insurance policies.

There can be many different policies within each insurance company, so we encourage our patients to contact their insurance company to verify that we are listed as an approved provider. We will do our best to verify individual insurance coverage, but it is our patients’ responsibility to ensure that their dental plan covers the services performed in our office.

Below are some of the most common insurance policies that we accept in our office. If you do not see your insurance listed below, it does not mean that we do not accept your plan. Please contact your insurance provider to see if we are in your network.

• United Healthcare
• WPAS

While we are no longer directly in network with United Concordia, some employer based plans are still covered in network with us through the DHA/Sunlife network.

We do work with other insurance companies as out of network providers. Many plans have out of network benefits similar to their in network benefits and we will work with you to best utilize your coverage.
